
resonance of a vision
this workshop (jan. 2026) was recorded for visionary leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and business owners who are building a better future. for those that have a vision—it may be in the early stages or it is already underway—and are looking for clarity, support, reflection, and connection as you move forward.

these recordings will guide you through a curated process for deepening your vision with concrete steps, and help you uncover anything blocking your path forward. in this series, you will move through somatic, emotional, and mental exploration to surface insights. this is the same integrative approach i use with my 1:1 clients, adapted for a group experience.
day one - rest + resource
folks came for the rest and rejuvenation, and stayed for the exploration of our beliefs about money and resources, including how our beliefs may inhibit what we're willing to believe is possible for our futures.
we covered:

what does our relationship to money have to do with our wildest dreams for the future

what does our younger self want us to know about our own limitations; what we inherited from the past

what does our future look like if we no longer hold onto limiting beliefs about ourselves


day two - restore + reclaim
during this session, we discussed using neurobiology to build resilience for your goals and dreams. we got a little nerdy, a little somatic, and explored our tensions.

when to use somatic practices to remove limiting beliefs or reprogram our mind to hold possibility
day three - we do it better together
