group coaching sessions
you will join 90-minute gatherings with the whole cohort to explore questions and themes that emerge from our collective work. i will bring in expert practitioners whose teachings will elevate your work. the collective healing and visioning work is essential.

personalized meditations
you'll receive guided meditation practices each week, created in response to what's alive in the group and what your nervous systems are ready to integrate.

structured peer connection
you will participate in lightly curated peer sessions with other participants. these are containers for building alongside each other, practicing being truly seen in your work, and offering witness to others doing the same.

integration support

your program guide
tifanei n. moyer is a former civil rights attorney and movement strategist. for over a decade, she supported people and their communities as they fought against oppression and state violence. her work taught her that real change happens when we understand not just the external systems we're fighting, but who we are within them—what motivates us, how we identify within our communities, and why that matters.

today, tifanei works as a coach for visionary leaders who are building a better future. she guides people through somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, and unconscious exploration, guiding them understand themselves more deeply so they can uncover what's in their way and find the clarity they desire for our world. she creates spaces where you can do this inner work alongside others who understand the weight and beauty of holding a vision for change.

i made this program for you.
if you're holding on to something. a project that wants to be created. an organization that wants to exist. a way of leading that you know is possible, but you haven't fully stepped into yet. a vision for the future that is so grand, you question if you're delusional. you can see it clearly enough to feel the pull, but not enough to know exactly the path forward.

you're exactly where you're supposed to be.

your vision requires a deeper approach, an intimate investigation into who you are when you're alone, without expectations; who you are when you're in a community full of people who want to see the most authentic expression of you win, and hold your vision with you; and who you are when what's in your way, becomes the way.
